1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery within India usually takes 5–10 business days, while international orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

2. Can I return or exchange an item if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Exchanges are also available if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

3. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Currently, we accept online payments through secure payment gateways. Cash on delivery may be introduced for selected locations in the future.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and courier details via email/SMS so you can track your package in real-time.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Rameen Store ships worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
